Individual sessions

In my individual sessions, I support you with your personal life themes and processes, inviting you through touch and movement to come into presence and to feel yourself and your body.

Together, we observe which patterns become noticeable in the body.

You can learn to improve your access to body awareness in order to better recognize your boundaries and needs, stand up for yourself, and unfold your potential.

I guide you to breathe freely and deeply, to locate and release tension, to notice and allow emotions, and to integrate them physically. 

Group Sessions

I design and lead workshops and experiential spaces for sensual, vulnerable self-exploration. To do this, I use methods from bodywork and design to invite people to somatic exploration within the context of festivals, exhibitions, or individual events. zum somatischen Explorieren einzuladen.

Notes

For our collaboration, it is important that you are physically and mentally able to take responsibility for yourself.

My work is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. You can use it as support for your personal processes. If you are unsure, please discuss our collaboration in advance with your doctor or therapist, as well as with me, so that I can support you in the best possible way.

In some cases, working directly on the skin can be helpful. You decide what feels right for you. You can remain fully clothed at any time! It’s best to come in loose, comfortable clothing so you can move freely.

Try to avoid heavy meals about two hours before the session so your body isn’t mainly focused on digestion.
